Overview
Rapid Response incidents require a cross functional team of leaders to support the resolution of the issue and are in the minority of all incidents that take place at RAS

-Suspected or Confirmed Broken Bone
-Any medical emergency where 911 is called
-Hospitalization
-Administration of CPR
-Loss of Consciousness
-Major burn or bleeding
-Ingestion of toxic materials
-Serious allergic reaction, anaphylactic shock (ex: use of Epi Pen)
-Sexual assault
